It’s expected that the Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences will open later this year. The Dhs5.15 billion complex will include 102 suites, 693 hotel rooms, and 231 opulent residences. Additionally, there will be 90 swimming pools inside the 43-story hotel, one of which is a spectacular rooftop infinity pool that is hung 96 meters above The Palm on level 22. With the launch of Meydan One, Dubai’s ever-expanding array of new malls will be substantially improved. The 12,000 square meter Winter Village at Meydan One Mall in Mohammed Bin Rashid City will house the world’s longest indoor ski slope when it opens, a slope that extends one kilometer. With a record-breaking water feature that measures 25,800 square meters, the mall is also vying for the title of having the largest dancing fountain in the world. However, it appears like building is only getting started, so it might be some time before we can visit this one.

It will have a variety of amenities such as stores, the biggest indoor theme park in the world, Pedestrian City, wellness and hospitality areas, and hotel rooms.
Not only that, but the Mall of the World also stands out for having a retractable glass roof that can be opened and closed according on the weather. Visitors can take use this to enjoy the sun in the winter and avoid the humidity in the summer.

You may not be familiar with it by name, but you have undoubtedly noticed the rise of One Za’abeel, a pair of skyscrapers joined by The Link, the longest cantilever in the world. Along with the usual selection of contemporary homes and upscale shops, this architectural masterpiece will also include the new One&Only One Za’abeel urban property. The Link at One Za’abeel, a panoramic sky concourse with world-class eateries, celebrity chef shops, a statement swimming pool (seen above), spa facilities, and entertainment, is also not to be missed.
———-Dubai Creek Tower———-
If you have goals higher than the Burj Khalifa, this project will meet them. The Dubai Creek Tower, which is slated to be the highest building in the world, would undoubtedly entice many tourists to visit.
The Tower was the name they chose for it initially, however, Dubai Creek Tower was later added. It should come as no surprise that Emaar, which oversees the majority of Dubai’s new developments, is responsible for this magnificent tower.
One of the famous locations in the Emirate will be home to this masterpiece: Dubai Creek Harbour.
Deira Islands are among the greatest emerging attractions in Dubai (currently renamed Dubai Islands). This incredible man-made island will have hotels, a beach resort, apartment complexes, malls, and a number of other alluring projects.
Deira Islands will become one of the most popular tourist and resident attractions as a result. Nakheel Properties is currently building it, and it ought to be finished shortly.
The location of the biggest performance in history is still standing! It will be changed into District 2020, a renowned mixed-use neighborhood with incredible sustainable features.
Following the success of Expo 2020, it is one of the most anticipated new planned mega projects in Dubai. It is cleverly built to support the UAE’s future aspirations for a sustainable economy and continuing economic growth after that.
Additionally, the third metro line passes through that area, making it both conveniently accessible and a bustling neighborhood in the future.
